Introduction
Flickr has them and they have popped up for various other sites as well: photonotes. But what are photonotes? They are basically annotations attached to a photograph. Most implementations modify the existing JPG file by adding the notes in the file. This works in most cases but sometimes leaves the image file corrupted.
This addon takes another approach and is based on DustyD’s Photonotes project. It uses a tiny bit of javascript, AJAX and PHP to store the annotations in the Pixelpost database.

Currently this addon is still in its beta-stage. However, unlike the other beta packages this one actually has a manual.
